town of coldwater construction permits
All permit applications should be complete and returned. If filling out a printable form, email the completed form to depclerk@coldwaterms.net. If a contractor was hired, the contractor should complete the application and submit it along with a copy the plans, copy of their license and bond. Prices of permits will be given after applications are submitted.
building permit
This application should be completed when performing general building, roofing, fencing, demolition, signs, or irrigation work
electrical permit
This application should be completed when performing any type of electrical work including changing out meter base, swimming pool circuit, or installing new circuits.
mechanical permit
This application should be completed when performing HVAC, water heater, vent/ansul hoods, refrigeration, or Gas piping work.
digging permit
This application should be completed by any company digging to locate, repair, or install utility’s.
plumbing permit
This application should be completed when performing any type of plumbing work to include but not limited to installing pipes, sewer work, installing drinking fountains, etc.
inspection request
This form should be completed when needing an inspection on the site permitted for.
