Termination of Services

Services will be terminated on the date listed below. The final bill will be deducted from the deposit and the balance will be refunded if applicable. Refunds will be mailed at the beginning of the month after service termination has been processed. Depending on the date termination is requested, this process may take up to 60 days. PLEASE NOTE: If a picture of the account holder with their driver’s license is not submitted, the request will NOT be approved. This will cause the account to remain active and acquire bills as well as late fees.
